At Stauber Furnishings, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
